homesession offers since 2007 an atypical artist-in-residence program, which consists in short-term residencies and a strong involvement within the local community.
homesession investigates the relation between artworks and their context: Invited-One-Day is a specific program developed in collaboration with spanish artists.
We aim at giving a support to the diffusion of emergent artists' works, through the webpage, the newsletter and social on-line & off-line networks.
You can apply to the residency or to the website artist selection. All the materials required are listed in these sections.

Introspection, dissection and obsession
I question the drawing through its obsessional characteristics and the introspective angle over the reality it implies. The drawing is not any more only a medium, but a way to question our perception: a way that cut out, pierce through and graft. It's a drawing with scalpel, which convoke other medium, such as video, infography and installations.
The idea is to penetrate the further I can in the model, so that it could be so strongly established in my head, that I would forget it. That's why I repeat these drafts and drawings, to make the layout come back to the lapse of memory, that prevents us to remember what we are doing at the moment, and allow the emergence of something else. The drawing is converted into line and outline, bordering interior and exterior in a changing way.
I aim to pass from plan to space: that's why I'm using cut up fruits, that are reduced to empty forms, that have come back to surface and have made me slip from the drawing to the model. Then appears the movement of cutting, which allows me to obtain soft forms that will be hung up. The will stand for both surface and volume, by playing with the relation between layout line and cut out form. They will abound as if they stood for skinned persons.
